HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO DELIVER? WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE DELIVERED?

The delivery time varies depending on the selected transporter, at French Filler you have several options:

1- Pick up the package at Pharmacie du Trocadéro, 106 avenue Kleber, 75116 Paris 

2- Colissimo: Delivery in 2 to 5 working days at home with signature or in a parcel pick-up point

3- DHL ExpressPlace your order before 3pm, you will be delivered the next day before 6pm!

4- DHL PremiumPlace your order before 3pm, you will be delivered the next day before noon!

(Except on weekends and public holidays)

Examples:

I place my order on Monday before 3pm with DHL, I will receive it on Tuesday.

I place my order on Monday after 3pm with DHL, I will receive it on Wednesday. 

Note for Friday:

I place my order on Friday before 3pm with DHL, I will receive it on MONDAY.

I place my order on Friday after 3pm with DHL, I will receive it on TUESDAY. 

After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email with your order number.

A second email is sent to you with the tracking number of your order, so that you can follow the progress of the delivery.

THE DELIVERY TIME IS LONGER THAN EXPECTED. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

It happens that the delivery time is exceeded, it does not necessarily mean that the package is lost. In general, if the delay comes from our logistical department, you will be informed by phone or by email. If you do not hear from us, contact us at +33 7 69 59 66 46. We will investigate the delivery and keep you informed of the progress.

I HAVE A DOUBT, IS MY ORDER PLACED? 

When your payment is confirmed on our site, you will automatically receive an email confirming the order (a few minutes after the online payment). 

After entering the security code received by SMS to validate your payment, some people close the window too quickly, the SMS code is verified, but it takes a few moments more for the payment to be authorized as well, so if you close the window between these 2 steps, the payment does not pass, and we do not receive your order. After the SMS identification, make sure to stay on the page until you are redirected to our site on the page "your order is confirmed".

I DID NOT RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION EMAIL AFTER PLACING MY ORDER?

It happens that you do not receive the confirmation email. Either you have entered a wrong email address on your customer account (in this case, we invite you to check it), or your order is not placed, in this case, please contact us directly at +33 7 69 59 66 46 to check the status of your order.
